Rare look inside El Salvador’s mega prison

Telemundo cameras captured an inside look at a controversial mega prison in El Salvador, which is the largest in Latin America. The prison houses thousands of gang members, some of which were arrested after the country’s president declared a war on crime. Amid the rise in massive arrests and mass trials, NBC News' Guad Venegas reports that critics are concerned that some prisoners have been unjustly detained without due process.
